Everyone who has extra weight as per their age and height wants to loss that weight. For them an effective approach (strict on diet plan, doing exercise, a good and time tabled approach) is compulsory to lose weight. A good approach means that how can you aim for weight loss. Losing weight is not a process of 15 days or one month. It is long process and you divide it into weeks like – you should lose half kilogram of your weight in one week. This is good process by which you can lose weight easily.
First, we should concern that how one gains that extra weight. There are many factors and these are:-
o lack of our daily diet chart plan
o the way we eat our meals
o lack of exercise, lack of sleep
o Stress or tension etc.
Now we should consider the good & healthy tips for losing weight on above factors. We can lose weight easily by changing small things in our daily chart plan. First we should take the daily diet plan. If you take 2-3 times big meals in day then change it and convert it to minimum 4-5 times short meals per day. Add at least one apple in your any meal or you can eat 1-3 apples per day at any time and drinking plenty of fluids such as water and juice. Drink water 2-4 liters per day and drink 1-2 glass juice of vegetables or fruits.
Exercise is compulsory to lose weight. If you cannot do 1-hour or 30-minutes exercises then you have to do at least 10-15 minutes exercise per day. Even 10-15 minutes hard working exercise is enough for good health. In this exercise you can walk at morning or evening whenever you have time to walk. And if you do some aerobic exercise or some yogic exercise, then they surely will help you maintain yourself. Sleeping is also compulsory for good health. In 24-hours, one should sleep at least 6-8 hours. It is good for digestion of food. If you are not sleeping at least 6-8 hours daily then you are going in very dangerous condition. It is not good for your health and it also changes your good habits into bad habits and bad habits gives the birth to stress and stress play a hidden but big role to our weight. Please maintain your stress by doing some yoga at least one time or taking deep breathing at least two times a day.
However, there are many other things to lose weights like – eating some weight loss pills, cosmetic surgery, etc. Weight loss pills cause some bad side-effects which are not good for your body and should not be taken without advice of doctor. As well as cosmetic surgery is a good solution to lose weight but also not good for your body. These are very expensive and also these are not so effective like – if you do not take care yourself properly, you will see that after a one or two month you gain weight again.
