1. Eat more often

Yep, you heard right. You may already know this, but listen… even if you ate the same foods as you do now, BUT… you ate them spread out in 5-6 meals… YOU’LL probably stop gaining weight and probably will start to lose weight.

You get better and more efficient digestion as well as better blood sugar balance when eating smaller meals throughout the day as opposed to 2-3 big meals.

This takes a heavy burden off your body which allows it to do it’s job. Your body naturally wants to be lean, so let it do it’s job for you.

2. Eat 3 apples a day

Ok, boring, I know. But don’t confuse boring with no results. Eating 3 apples a day for snacks will get you some great middle-term weight loss results.

How much? Try about 2 pounds a month. You want more weight loss? Ok, fair enough. But take those 2 easy pounds. Don’t LEAVE THEM ON THE TABLE.

3. Walk on an incline

Yes, you don’t have to tell me that you’ve done walking and it doesn’t work. I’m sure it didn’t work for fast weight loss because walking on a flat surface is more a long term way of weight loss slowly.

BUT… incline walking is WAY DIFFERENT.

You lose weight fast… AND FURIOUS. It’s almost unbelievable how much fat drips off your body when you walk on a 10-15 degree inclined treadmill or hill for 15-20 minutes a day. That’s it, that’s all you do.
