For lunch and supper always try to start with a salad and end your meal with fruit. Mix things up for variety. Try different types of salads and eat different fruits. Treat yourself with a small amount of whipped cream on your fruit or maybe even a small amount of ice cream. Remember that it is okay to treat yourself.
Way #3: Eat Less Red Meat
Most weight loss experts will tell you to stop eating red meat. If you enjoy it that will be hard to do. I recommend that you eat less of it. Instead of having a great big steak try eating a smaller one. Put a limit on how much red meat you do it. 1 serving of it per week should be enough.

We all know that water is good for you and that our bodies are mostly made up of water. But you also should keep in mind that when your drinking water it means your not drinking something else such as soda drinks. Soda is full of calories that you don’t need. You should also try to drink tea. It can be a very relaxing drink and has many health benefits.
Way #5: Reduce Your Consumption Of Alcoholic Beverages
Alcoholic beverages are loaded with calories. Beer is probably one of the worst. This doesn’t mean you can’t treat yourself to a drink once and while. Just stop any excessive drinking that you have done in the past. If you are a frequent drinker you will find this to help a great deal with your weight problems.
Way #6: Walk Whenever You Can
Allot of people love their car. Sometimes you don’t need your car. If your going some place close by try walking. Try to make some time for a short walk every day if you can. You should be able to find the time for a 20 minute walk without too much trouble.
Way #7: Find An Active Activity You Enjoy
A great way to weight loss and get exercise is by doing an activity that gets you moving. Bicycling, dancing, skating, roller balding, tennis, golf, and swimming are all great activities that get you burning off those calories.
If you can combine just a few of these tips you will find yourself losing a little bit of weight each and every week. As long as you keep losing weight that should be enough to keep you motivated until you hit your desired weight.
